Meet & Greet!
Open Day for a new self-defense training group in Martinlaakso, at the Martensdahl skola, on Thursdays.
1- 1.5 hour session will include brief presentation and the chance to participate in some basic and fun training exercises for beginners.
Suitable for Adults and children alike. Future training sessions will be divided between juniors and adults according to demand/membership.
