Training currently consists of: Saturdays: Adults 17:00 - 1900 pm; Juniors 17:00-18:30 Prices & Payment Options... - The prices quoted are for a school term on Saturdays only (2hrs/week for 15-16 weeks). - Fees Guideline: Training (J120/S200€) + Annual Club Membership (25€) + Gradings Fees (10-15€) - Training Fees are invoiced manually & you must be a club member to take gradings. - Summer training activities are free to club members. Please complete one of these forms before you start training and bring it to us on your first visit. Without it you may not be allowed onto the mat. Please see page 'How to Join'. Due to current availability of training facilities and resources, these training sessions are for both Juniors (12-16 years) and Seniors (17+years > adults). The age groups train separately in the hall, rotating between exercises and training areas as needed during the overlapping period. Some activities, such as Parkour, require no separation and can be trained together to add to the fun. In the future, other training sessions may be organised separately given sufficient demand.
