Fun for all the Family where we can meet, greet, learn about and even join in the  fun for this FREE 1 hour public session.

• Day: Saturday 24th February, 2024
• Time: 17:15-18:15 hours
• Place:  Lintulaakson School (Liikuntasali), Linnuntie 13, 02660 Espoo, Finland.

'Practical and realistic training in a modern school for modern day society.'

Age Groups: 

• Juniors (10 to 15 years)
• Seniors (16 + years)

To join in the fun, you will need suitable clothing. College shirt  and trousers are ideal, but T-shirts are fine. However, no zips or jewellry are permitted for safety reasons. Good health and hygiene is also obviously important. If you have any influenssa symptions art all, please do not attend. There are always other opportunities to join in.

The club is primarily a self-defense club based on Japanese Ju Jitsu, but also offers many other related activity groups.

Lii-Kan Jitsu's activities are divided into five activity groups. You can join all of them or just the ones you are interested in.

Self-defense and security

- Lii-Kan Jitsu martial arts (Ju Jutsu, Kyusho, Chi Kung/Meditation, kickboxing, etc.)

- Conflict Intervention &  NLP,  security and risk management

- Kyusho (Kyusho International)

Parkour & more

- Mobility

- Street Strength & Functional Fitness

Martial Mayhem Gaming 

- Nerfing (Nerf Wars)

- Boffing

Social events

- Excursions. E.g. Mega Zone etc.

- Casual Meals & Mojitas (or Soda Pops for the kids ;-)
